"The pattern started immediately, even before all of the needles have been put in. I was in a more aware state though after a very strong meditation session in the morning.

At first I felt lots of energy around my throat and I felt impulses to relax and open my shoulders and chest.

I became aware of a deep indigo blue colour around my upper body and throat. Aware that this was a being, doing healing work. This impression was present for the whole treatment.

Another image was of an old woman with long white hair, looking straight at me. The impulse here was to begin massaging parts of my throat, especially the left hand side in specific places. As I did so, one of my neck vertebrae clicked and I burst out laughing. I continued massaging for a good while afterwards.

A final image was of an alien type creature - just like a classic 'grey' (not something I really believe in). He wanted to sit inside me at first but I said no and he moved to right in-front of me and seemed to be intensely focussed on operating on my throat with some kind of long complex looking machine.

After this I expressed my thanks and said blessed be to all of the beings that had attended and wished them well. The space around me seemed to explode with deep indigo blue light and filled me with gratitude, seemingly flowing both ways.

This whole thing felt like a treatment, like a healing, like an operation.

For much of it my throat and chest area felt so tight, like it was made of wood, it really brought this to the surface. Lots of yawning. Remarkably though, it was the first pattern in this period of practicing again, where I was able to stay awake for the whole treatment. I felt the grogginess come on but I was able to stay awake and so perceive what was going on during the pattern. "


This pattern lasted for just 45 minutes before the patient announced that they were done and requested that the needles be removed.
