"Took a few minutes before a felt anything. I was simply lying there peacefully. Then I found myself continually plunged into these liminal dream like states, constantly pulled back by random sounds from outside. This helped me to remember what was happening rather than going under completely and being lost in it.

Each ‘dream’ was the same theme - male and female characters in serious conversation/dialogue with each other. Sometimes they were husband and wife, sometimes father and daughter, sometimes lovers, sometimes just man and woman.

Then there was a repeated feeling of my spine being ‘operated’ on. almost like there were beings around me doing it. Very much focussed on my spine. Sometimes I wanted my pelvis to open laterally, same with my spine. Other times it felt like my spine was opening with me contracting into a ball to open it up. Sometimes it felt as if there was my pelvis and sacrum and then my head, with no spine in-between.

There was a repeating vision of my pelvis and spine like the Devil Crowley tarot card. My pelvis formed the two testicle like globes on either side with my spine rising between. There was sometimes a feeling of intensely masculine energy moving around and present.

Eventually I began to feel cold and asked for the needles to be taken out. I had asked for them to be held - possibly twice? That made a difference.

Afterwards however, wow.

I felt grounded through my legs so strongly - I could feel the ground under my feet. Was moving in a completely different way. Sticky feet! My voice was also much deeper. Everything had dropped.

I have felt very aware of my sacrum since the treatment, like I am moving from that place, which is very new for me. ":
