"I was lying there and didn’t think anything much was happening. Then at some point I had a strong image and sensation of waters rising up and soaking into earth, moistening it from deep below. Later a sensation, vision of the feeling of rivers meeting the sea. The energy of that particular dynamic. Flowing into a greater sense of self.

I lost consciousness much more than I thought I did. It wasn’t until what I thought was until after 45 mins or so that I felt a drowsiness come on. Eventually I began feeling my arms begin to pulse and decided it was probably enough.
